I generally limit myself to the flesh. The muscly bits.
I don't like the squishy/organ bits. Kidneys, liver, eyeballs, intestines, brains and certainly the danglies all fall into that category.
I'm really not a huge fan of red meat generally, I have to say. I have mince in my chilli, but I find steaks pretty boring and tasteless really. Mostly the beasties I eat are chickens or fishies.
Well I dare-say there are loads of organs in it but they're all ground up so the squidgy texture isn't a problem.
It's mainly the texture that bothers me about the organs, not any kind of moral imperative. As you say, if you're going to eat the arse, you might as well eat the rest.
Just not if it's squidgy...
And I can just imagine how spongy and rubbery a cock would be! @_@
Hmmm. Not that crazy about creamy sauces on steaks either I'm afaraid.
Yeah, chicken is quite bland too. We tend to have it in curries and stir-fries and things, with other more interesting flavours.
So I suppose we could do the same with red meat really. But I'm just not that keen on the stuff, and neither is my Special Lady, so it's easier just to keep away from it. Unless it's chilli time! :)
