Weekend went something like this:

Realise I have too much Stuff to sort *and* pack. Pack it all.
Drive to Citadel [livejournal.com profile] snapesbabe and add small Elder God and associated peripherals to car. Drive to Chateau [livejournal.com profile] nannyo.
Eat, drink & be merry.
Fail to sleep.

Rise from pit, dress & make people up as sundry goths & girls.
Learn that small Elder God + goth's box of makeup = very colourful.
Have barbecue in the rain.
Dress more people up as sundry goths & girls.
Eat, drink & be merry once more.
Sleep.

Rise from pit. Drink all possible caffeine.
Climb rocks.
Eat ginger sponge almost as good as a finely-turned equation.
Return Small Elder God and associated peripherals to Citadel [livejournal.com profile] snapesbabe.
Have introduction to Doctor Number Six. Remember why I didn't understand Doctor Who when I was little.
Drive home.
Sleep.

Rise from pit.
Sleep some more.

Sleep some more.

Needless to say, I didn't get a shag (be it woolly, feathered or otherwise). Nor did I get vodka. By the time I got home, I had the energy to check e-mail, make a new LJ icon (that still looks skinny after being stretched sideways in Photoshop, though at least it's pigeon-toed), and then go to bed.

i thought that exercise was supposed to make you sleep better? Since starting the gym thing, I've been waking up throughout the night & not getting back to sleep. I'm knackered & mentally dazed all the time. I'm not overdoing it (checking heart rates etc). Bah.

Mind you; after 4 visits, I've upped the amount I can run lurch from 1km in 10m to 1.8km in 15 mins. I can run lurch for 15 minutes without stopping! Go me! God I'm crap.
