OH THE RAGE

Ok, there's a related article with a different point of view as well, but still THE RAGE. IT BURNS.
(Worst of all, I suspect it burns most because I have a deep-rooted belief that he's telling the truth. I dislike my RAGE being directed at myself.)

Conditioner
Hair Dye
Serum when my skin feels very dry
Moisturiser
Exfoliator (face)
Exfoliator (body)
Body Butter
Shower gel
Bath oil
Hand and cuticle cream
Mail strengthening stuff
All of which sounds like a lot but is maybe 10 - 15 minutes a day? Except when I have a bath, then it's 2 - 3 hours :-) I have handcream and lip balm on my desk at work, as we have aircon and my skin is in agony all winter anyway from the psoriasis. I shave my legs etc once or twice a week, and usually exfoliate by using a body puff, but once or twice a week use an exfoliant.
So - shower and wash self/ hair. Exfoliate. Maybe 10 minutes? Add serum and body butterm get dressed, let's say it's a slow morning so 20 mins in total so far. During breakfast slather on moisturiser.
in 30 mins in the morning I can be ready and have done ALL of that lot in my beauty routine (handcream goes on just before I leave the house usually)
I am not taking more time than that out of my life thank you!

Date: 2007-12-11 11:30 am (UTC)I have recently started exfoliating and the acne on my back went away. I was quite surprised, I thought it was pointless, but it's not. But then my scalp is always covered in spots however often I wash my hair and has been since I was ten; I just try to minimise its impact on the rest of my body. Psoriasis must suck a lot more, poor you!
