Date: 2007-12-11 11:30 am (UTC)I have recently started exfoliating and the acne on my back went away. I was quite surprised, I thought it was pointless, but it's not. But then my scalp is always covered in spots however often I wash my hair and has been since I was ten; I just try to minimise its impact on the rest of my body. Psoriasis must suck a lot more, poor you!
