1. Boobies. I had to, really. Fabulous things, for nipnotising people, resting on stacks of files to stop them sliding about when being carried, and generally reminding me that I'm a Girl.
2. Black. Apparently, I can get away with wearing lots because of being pale with dark hair & eyes. This is good, since most of my wardrobe is black. If I claim I'm a goth, does that mean I'm not?
3. Bugatti. For making a 100bhp car, just to prove it was possible, and for making it gorgeous at the same time.
4. Boots! High heels, low heels, riding boots, New Rocks, ankle boots, knee boots - all are good, and all lovely. I'm currently wearing black ankle boots from Bronx that are laced up the front & have brogue-style (the shoes, not the Saki horse) detailing around the toes.
5. Black cats. One of the least-adopted colourways, along with black and white, but utterly beautiful. Even when they do have pale grey skin, and the fur fades from black to near-white and so shows up on *everything*. In the right lights, they can look anything from dark chocolate tabby through to blue-black.
6. Blue Curacao. Appeals to my sweet tooth & love of fruit-flavoured things. And it's Booze.
7. B. The letter used to represent the magnetic field. Magnets are ace.
8. Buttocks. Mmmm, bottoms. Sitting down would be problematical without them. They look partcularly good when balanced on top of nice long legs.
9. Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase and Fable. A wonderful resource, with a foreword by Terry Pratchett in my edition, and often referred to by Neil Gaiman in interviews. The list of "oops, did we really publish that?" Bibles is especially entertaining :)
10. Books. Mmm, books. Knowledge is power. Fiction is pleasant escapism. Last year's Yellow Tax Handbooks are good doorstops.

Date: 2006-04-27 03:16 pm (UTC)I had no plans to adopt any particular colour - I was just going to go for the longest-term unadopted one at a shelter. Then a friend's cat had 2 kittens (points at icon), just at the right time. It was Fate :)
