And what's a Johari test? The site was overloaded when I tried to find out just now.

It's a personality test thing, but without the pretence f being intellectual. You define yourself by picking 5-6 of a choice of adjectives, then ask other people to do the same. It charts the places the descriptions overlap, the traits you give yourself that others don't see, and how they see you. Some get pretty interesting :)
