puddingcatI wanted 4 (realistically achievable) things in the sales:
- A memory card for the camera;
- A dustbuster or equivalent I *might* hoover if I don't need to manoever a full-size thing around a shoebox-sixed house);
- One of the Top Gear DVDs I don't have; and
- Casanova on DVD.
Within 45 minutes, I had the first three. Casanova isn't reduced in Stockport town centre, so I'll leave that for later.

Why can't I shop like a woman?

Date: 2005-12-30 03:12 pm (UTC)I *can* do the aimless wandering, trying stuff on & laughing at ridiculous things. More often, I'm looking for (say) a pair of black jeans & can't find any that fit my waist, hips *and* thighs, so I get thoroughly ferd up & miserable. Then sometimes, I'm all psyched up for a day of battling the crowds and end up finishing My Mission in 45 minutes.
I wouldn't mind, if only the Someone with the dice would let me know which it was going to be in advance...
