Neville's cactus. I'm sorry, but could that be made any more phallic? It's mentioned three distinct times in the book. In the first, he pokes it and it squirts fluid everywhere, in the second, he's gazing at it longingly in the moonlight, and in the third, it's expanded to many times its original size and makes strange noises when he strokes it!
This could prove worse than the Giant Squid in fanfic land.

Ginny on the other hand protected herself with her arm, while Luna was covered by her magazine. So it was merely Harry, playing with 'Trevor' in his lap (or, as JKR put it, he was busy 'preventing Trevor's escape'), who got a full blast of it in the face, and of course Neville himself, whose whole torso was drenched...
