So listen, I have what is probably a really stupid question about the Cannonball Run:
Which came first, the race or the film?
Since I am a film person and very much not a car race person, I didn't even know there was a real race and only heard about it a few years back. So I naturally assumed the film came first and the actual race was invented afterwards. Was it in fact the other way round?
