Ah, but if the Jay colourway is all blue, it could be cos the American continent has a Blue Jay which is properly blue, not coppery/pinky/bluey. So BOTH are right, this I cannot fill in the form. Hello! I am a little late to this party so all of the correct answers have alreasy been given, but I want to get my four penn'orth in anyway. ;)
1) Jays are pink. 2) Unless you're in America, where they're blue. 3) Colinette are not in America, therefore their Jay colourway should be pink.

I love jays. I love all corvids, but jays are the prettiest. I have tiny baby oak trees growing in my flower pots, thanks to jays planting haycorns there in the winter. :)
