Quote of the day yesterday was "But you don't look a day over 32!" How I laughed.

I had pizza for the first time in a month for tea. I'd given up cheese for February, as a sort of delayed new year's resolution (January being so horrible at work that making things worse would have been stupid). I didn't notice any change over the month (possibly my daily pint of skimmed latte meant I didn't get the benefits of giving up dairy). Instead, I had *two* colds, and last night slept like a log and couldn't get up this morning. Coincidence? I have no idea.

My nose is still dripping. Post nasal drip blows. Literally.
