The little storm-cloud:

25 Feb: on the needles. 3.25mm needles at that - I like skinny, lightweight ones.

26 Feb: Finished & blocked.

And on me; I'll do the other one the way the pattern says (although without the mistake; M1, where it actually needed to be K1, 11 times would have done very strange things to the shape), but then I think I'll do another pair in Jay, with the green beads, and try giving them some shape at the wrist. These are extremely cylindrical.

Date: 2007-02-27 09:04 pm (UTC)Thanks very much. I've asked them to send it to Harrogate, in the hope it will arrive in time for Saturday, when I'll be seeing you. You can measure my hand width then, which I'm sure will be bigger than yours due to a joint fever when I was a child.
By the way, looking at your domestic bliss icon makes me wonder what the person on the bed is up to, with their hand positioned just so - or is that the point? Or is my mind just in the gutter?
