I've only ever purchased CDs, DVDs and books on there myself, never internal organs or anyone's virginity (anal or otherwise) so I really couldn't say.

I'd assume you'd get more than £184 quid though.

But on the whole, I think it's probably not a very good plan. You're probably better hanging on to your kidneys and finding the money through some other means!
