I reckon that, when it hits 20^o anywhere, aircon should come on. That includes outside. Despite the storm yesterday, it's horribly hot & stuffy today - like breathing soup¹.

I'm missing my bright ginger hair. It was dry as straw, but at least it reflected the sun. *Thinks* Though actually, it would take a while to get short enough to be off my neck. Maybe cutting it all off & going peroxide blonde would be a better idea.

vulgarcriminal and nannyo have inspired me. I'm too unpracticed to do a full install of Project Bimbo, but I'm in the mood to try Bimbo For Beginners. I've been getting into the habit of shaving my legs (gasp!) every week - though I'm still not happy with the thought of showing them in public - so I can wear long skirts to the office. My toenails are currently scarlet. What else can I add to the "technically a girl" routine?

I'll try the exfoliating & moisturising things, then. How long should it take to have a visible difference?

Re: colours, I was definitely an autumn when I had ginger hair. I've since been told I'm a winter, but that was just in Sue's front room & so the light wasn't ideal. I'd certainly be interested. Or a personal shopper afternoon - I need a new suit for work.

A personal shopper afternoon sounds good, I know Debenhams do them.

I may try to organise a group session for a colour consultant, split the cost round a few of us.

Exfoliating and moisturising. Depends how bad your skin is in the first place but you should definately notice a marked improvement after a couple of weeks.
