Coffins with child locks? I love Buffy :) I can think of mor than a few Camchaacters (and players, if I'm being honest) I'd love to introduce to that idea.

I think the instigator of the "magpies decimate small bird populations" should visit my garden sometime. Despite actively encouraging the magpies (they like eating leftovers from the shed roof), and having one small fat ball hanging less than 5 feet from the patio doors (the cats' favourite "I'll get you next time, Penelope Pitstop") salivating point, so far this week I've seen:

- House sparrows
- Dunnocks
- Blue tits
- Great tits
- Coal tits
- Long tailed tits
- Starlings
- Greenfinches
- and a goldfinch, all feeding quite happily. Last week I saw a goldcrest.

Maybe they're breeding energetically out of defiance?

Anyway, I appear either to have eaten something that disagreed with me (unlikely; the only thing I can't eat is rice pudding, and that's a revulsion rather than an allergy), I'm sensitive to the antibacterial tablets I'm on (the course finishes tomorrow, thank somethingorother), the head cold is also a tummy cold, or the most recent crisis (weekend) was bad enough to put me off my food. Whichever it is, I wish it would sort itself out; I almost prefer being sick to feeling sick.

I'm tempted to get a paid account, just to get more icons.

Nope - has been like this since Saturday (actually a lot worse then - ate nothing all day). Showing no signs of improving (except, oddly, during the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, when my tummy wouldn't stop rumbling).

Still, can't last forever, and it's helping the diet no end :)
