And because I always do what SB tells me.
Write seven ways that people piss you off and tag seven people.
1, Thinking that children are more important than adults. People are people are people.
2, Thinking that accountants do nothing but add up all day.
3, Mistakenly believing that acknowledgement of an opinion is the same as agreeing with it.
4, Believing that opinions are facts and therefore can be wrong in and of themselves.
5, Pinching my ideas (jokes, suggestions, etc) & not crediting me.
6, Telling me (or indeed anyone) who wants (or needs) to lose weight that I should be happy at the size I am. Liking myself is *not* the same as liking my body. Wanting to be a healthy size for my height does *not* mean that I'm buying into the media's & fashion industry's ideas of beauty; it's about comfort & health. Some support & help would be nice, for a change.
7, Having a general lack of manners, in person and online.
I tag:
nurse_liz,
nannyo,
dr_wez,
commlal,
ladynaberrie,
ukporl, and
borusa.
I'm all riled & ready for an argument now :)

Date: 2006-02-17 03:21 pm (UTC)We handed the ICAEW over to their in house techies as a series of templates and they then proceeded to screw it up. Most of the technical errors have been fixed by now but they're still putting far too many news stories on the home page.
The AAT site used to be quite nice (if rather dull) but recently they've crammed it into a new back end system and the results are really odd. The design is still the same but the new implementation is just clumsy.

Date: 2006-02-17 01:59 pm (UTC)is it Ok to tell you I don't think you *need* to loose weight (as that was my opinion last time I saw you) but I'm sure as hell not going to offer you cookies and chocolate if you want to, I could even be persuaded to turn up with salad.
what constitutes 'help'?
