Things which are kitten food:

Rye bread with sunflower seeds.
Rye bread with sunflower seeds *and butter*.
Paluszki.
Hairbands.

Things which are not kitten food:

Mushrooms.
The same organic cat food that was top of the "Kitten Food" list last month.

Things which are less kitten food than a betrayal of trust:

Rye bread with sunflower seeds and butter and Marmite.

Haha!

Here, a lanky teenager of a kitten likes crisps. REALLY likes crisps!

Hee! To crunch, or just lick? Oooh, and how's the undershed kitten doing?

Crunching them up is the order of the day! She sits patiently, waiting for her very own Pringle (my own dear departed A'isha once tried to steal several pringles at once, grabbing them up in her mouth. She was so very surprised when they went *crunch* and she was showered in crumbs!)

The undershed kitten is coming along splendidly. I must post a picture of him, because he is adorable, a lovely golden latte colour with sealpoint siamese markings. He has a real moggy face though, except in profile, when it's clear his mother had posh taste in men. Very odd short little legs, but he manages just fine.

Hee! Then I suspect that the option of organic cat food with marmite on top is right out.

I'm glad that she's recovering so well!

You'd never guess she's just had surgery; she's still hurling herself around as if she's indestructible. Crazy.

Awwww, I would loved to see her expression upon discovering the taste of Marmite!

It was worse than when she sniffed black bean tofu. She has a *lot* of nose to screw up!

My cat likes nimble bread. :\ We can't leave any of it out.

Hee! I wonder why Nimble in particular?

Well, I'm not sure - but he refuses to eat regular, full-fat bread, so clearly he is a cat who likes to keep trim. Probably for all the leaf-catching he is doing at the moment. He's only a year old but he recently lost his best kitty companion to kidney failure, so he's been seeking solace in fajita wraps and the bottom of our recycling bin. Which is weird, as there's nothing in there to eat...

I don't have normal kitties :)
