Note the absence of dandelions on the lawn. I'd *just* finished pulling their heads off when he arrived. I think I was channeling Liz with my mad tidying bouts (interspersed with looooong retreat-and-avoids).
I'm torn between thinking "OMG it looks fab, especially compared with the other things in the area for a similar price!" and "OMG, only 125k, why did I waste my money buying in Stockport?".
