Casanova (sadly, not the DT version)

Casanova: Love Potions.
A rakish blend of leather, anise, lavender, bergamot and amber with tonka, lemon peel and lusty patchouli.

I tried hullfire's imp and loved it, so ordered one of my very own (and if only that worked with all the good things in life...).

Sadly, when not surrounded by Many Other Smelly Things, it doesn't smell of rich, smoky indulgence. Instead, it's pure shower gel. It definitely does have bergamot, lavender and lemon peel in; possibly a little leather and anise, but only enough to stop it being a fruit salad.

Poo. It was much nicer before.

Booo that it doesn't work on you. If I didn't have a bottle on the way, I'd take the imp off your hands, too.

The frimps I've got, btw are Gluttony, Sundew, Port-au-Prince, Pele and Peitho if any of them particularly appeal?

Hmm. Gluttony will almost certainly be too sweet on me, and I think Sundew would be as well (curses for no list of ingredients!). Florals don't work on me, so Pele is out.

I'll definitely try Port-Au-Prince though, and I'll give Peitho a try in case the not-flowers are strong enough.

It might be worth letting it sit somewhere and age? Apparently the darker smokier scents get stronger and better with age.
