good giggly shot m'dear!
And proof that goths and vampires aren't necessarily interchangeable.

Shame the quality's so poor, really. But yay for vamp!goths being chatty & sociable in public!

Hee!! I see you!

That's a really lovely film, actually. And you can nearly see my friend's holiday home (round the back of The Elsinore). The Abbey really is very pretty.

Hehehe! Look at all the goths.

When he said something along the lines of "most of them didn't seem to be interested in the music but more in looking at each other", he hit the nail on the head (and the reason why I couldn't be bothered so far). ;oÞ

Ah, but the crowds posing in the foyer means that it's easier to watch the bands without getting squished :)

That's true.
If I ever have the time and won't be at other festivals where I actually want to see the music (currently considering Dark City, possibly Infest again - both depend on lineup - and definitely Beyond the Veil in Leeds over Easter), I might come along, just to take loads of photos of people (and the town and surroundings).

Forgot to mention that I really liked this piece, unlike some coverage of the scene that have been published in the past (cringes at the memory of the Goth Eucharist and Calling coverage on BBC Cambs).

More than Mum did, when I sent her the link...

I wish I'd thought to ask the makers when it was going to be shown. They asked permission to film, but I just assumed it would be for a local hide-it-in-between-lost-sheep story.
