I wish comfort food was low-calorie, I really do. Or even OMG-I'm-falling-asleep-I-need-blood-sugar-NOW food was low-calorie, since that's the bigger problem for me.
I'd like to be able to fasten my pvc jeans in time for Whitby, *without* needing a laced-to-hell-and-back corset underneath. They still fit my legs, but my waist is attempting (so far, successfully) to become convex. Maybe my navel's long-sighted? < /optics geekery >
Still, I've been told I don't look quite so much like death this morning as I did last week.

Date: 2006-09-04 12:39 pm (UTC)I've lost weight by cutting out everything other than the comfort food in the past. A packet of chocolate coated ginger biscuits will sustain a person for an entire day, just don't waste precious calories on sandwiches.
