puddingcatToday was a Good Day, on balance.
Bad points - Far Too Many Calories* at lunch to celebrate one of our trainee's forthcoming nuptials.
Good Points - Being on HOLIDAY for a week, figuring out my "I can keep this up for half an hour, probably longer" running / walking mix, 2 DB9s and a Chimaera, and I'm marginally happier with this icon than the previous ones.

*I reckon Abuse of Capital Letters is good for me. They take extra keystrokes, so will burn more calories & exercise my fingers more, as well as improving co-ordination.
