1. He's going to be way skinny in RL if he looks that thin on tv.
2. No degree. Just some substandard qualification from Harrogate Art College...
3. He's married. That puts me off most people.
4. Will apparently present anything for money. No standards.
5. Whine, whine, whine, all the way back from Italy in the Cessna.


snapesbabe: 5 favourite monsters.
1. Vampires - good dress sense, nocturnal, pale & interesting, charismatic...
2. Dragons. I hate The Hobbit because they killed Smaug (the bastards!)/
3. All of the monsters in Where The Wild Things Are. So *sweet*.
4. Werewolves. When done properly (American Werewolf in London) and not weird scrawny thing (Harry Potter).
5. Unicorns (of the horse with cloven hooves & horn variety, not he mediaeval goaty things). I'm still a pony-mad little girl in many ways.

That was *hard*. Picking things that aren't variants on a basic theme (whee only the variant is interesting), that haven't just been made up for AD&D, or that did actually exist but became extinct ages ago *really* cut down the list.


dch4: Corset Vendors
1. brute_force. By miles. Great quality, flattering & comfortable.
2. lescarpolette. I don't own any of hers *yet*, but I'd like to. They're beautiful Edwardian-styled (as opposed to B_F's Victorian ones) and in all sorts of fabrics & colours.
3. Murray & Vern, for their underbust ones. I tried a cupped one once & it was *ridiculous* - they didn't seem to understand that breast tissue continues round the side of the ribcage. If I'd been flat enough to fit the cups, I shouldn't have been wearing an unpadded overbust corset.

Um. I don't know anyone else. Certainly *not* Vollers; they're uncomfortable & overpriced for the quality (the busks don't reach the end of the channels). Heresy are comfortable, but don't have enough curve for me (they're very cyber-style & tubular, with less comparative waist reduction than I like). Axfords are underwear, not tight lacing. I'd like to try one of becky_spence's, when she gets going properly.

neilhist: Five things to be really really good at.
1. Breathing :p
2. A musical intrument (I'd choose something that can be played solo as well as in a group - piano would be ideal, if I had space).
3. A handicraft (I'm pretty good with sewing, and I'm getting there with knitting. I'd like to learn metalwork.)
4. A sport (To County level or equivalent. I'm tempted by Ballroom dancing atm, but I'd like to do something like rock climbing.)
5. Something DIYish or practical. I'm looking for a proper car repair / maintenance course.
