My parents got it because we had three cats and a dog and it was what my grandma calls a "spot-hider"... I didn't like it much either. Like pub carpet, but trying to be classy.

Stark has one paw with white on his toes, and all his claws are white apart from the one on the side of his paw (equivalent to where your thumb is), which is jet black. Odd cat.
