Squee! ARGH. Squee!

Argh, argh, argh!

SQUEE tomorrow, and Argh!

I haven't even started packing.

The cake I'm (trying to) bake is Not Cooking. How is it that the first one, where I buggered up the recipe, looks ok (if a bit burned) but the second, where I followed the rules exactly, is refusing to set?

My fingertips are turquoise, thanks to changing the ink cartridge on the printer.

All the local accountants are getting drunk & entertained at the Crown Plaza in town. I'm Not. While this means I might have got something done this evening, it also means I'm missing a Very Good Party. (Although I would probably have embarrassed myself, forgetting what I was trying to say when distracted by Martin-with-the-eyes).

Many other arghs too, mainly because I've had NO TIME TO DO ANYTHING this week. ARGH!

Either because you have used too narrow a cake tin so that it's too thick for the heat to penetrate the middle before the edges burn, or because some fool keeps opening the oven to let all the heat out.

Neither :( Same tin for both, and no door opening for either.

It cooked in the end.
