Well, it is a question I've often asked myself. Someone wrote a whole book on women who date sociopaths? Is it that much of a problem?

I am now imagining the questionnaire...

1) Does your man regularly get bloodstains over his clothes from torturing kittens and then leave you to wash it out?

2) Do you suspect that when he says "don't come into the cellar, baby", he may be hiding something down there.

3) Does he often lie. I mean about the colour of the sky?
