Go on. Make my day.

Tell me Bad Things that have happened to you in the past 48 hours. Whinge & moan & complain at me. Tell me how it sucks to be you. I want to feel that fate hasn't *really* got it in for me, specifically, more than anyone else.

I promise not to point & laugh (unless I don't like you). At least not where you can see.

I am currently wearing the largest size pair of trousers I own. They are the only pair that I can currently squeeze into and are not even part of my regular small/medium/large jeans collection, these are a mahooosive pair from 5 years ago when I chunked out because I was depressed and I just found them in the wardrobe at my parents house and took them home and am wearing them and feeling terribly fed up about it and I am alternately typing this and taking mouthfuls of chocolate muffin.

Also That TG stamping comm seem to think I'm Top Gear Dog.

You have far too much personality to be TGD.

I sympatyhise with The Trouser Situation (which sounds like a bad mystery novel). I'm comfort eating right now, in my Big Jeans.

Stupid argument with boyfriend over nothing...bad shoulder/back ache...worry over finances/too much money spent on builders/not enough coming in...can't find certificate that I need for my masters that I need to take to enrolment on Friday...rp stress & char trauma...

Pooey :( Are you still temping, then, for the income bit?

People have put skydiving within my reach, only just not quite.

I can't go to the Green Wing DVD signing and thus can't see The Mangan again.

On Thursday I have to queue for hours just to tell someone I'm definitely still here. I also have to explain to them why I can't give them any money just yet. And make them believe it.

[identity profile] puddingcat.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 01:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes. Almost is worse that nearly, sometimes. And I'm having to pay *everyone* a bit late, to avoid paying one person a *lot* late, and it sucks.

[identity profile] karohemd.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 01:20 pm (UTC)(link)
- I didn't go to bed on time last night and now feel like death warmed up with a strange headache.
- My place is still a mess because I didn't do anything but the washing up and laundry on the weekend despite being at home.

[identity profile] puddingcat.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 01:52 pm (UTC)(link)
I think the tiredness is the weather, or similar. A rather large number of people on my f-list are complaining of poor sleep and exhaustion.

Ian is at home and whining because he's caught my illness (O Rly? You want me to wait on you hand and foot? Where were YOU when I was poorly?)

Oh yes, and the Stampy people think I'm the Stig. I deleted the entry.

I still feel ill, I can't concentrate and I have a two-hour seminar tomorrow at 9am, which I am panicking about because of everything. I'm rather down and I feel that the people I live with aren't being very supportive or understanding. In fact most of the time I think they pretend I'm not there. I feel trapped, have got massive brain-fuzziness and just want to sleep.

[identity profile] norfolkian.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 01:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, and I can't get anywhere near the IT helpdesk to sort out my registration problems because the queue is even longer today and they haven't responded to my email. If I don't register before the end of this week I will get fined. And also my loan doesn't come until I register. Just. can't.organise. self. Gah.

Nothing particularly bad has happend to me in the past 48 hours, but I'm feeling very down anyway because so many of the people I like seem to be having a shit time of it and I seem powerless to help! :(

I have a blue head...yesyesyes the hair is blue, but also my head, and parts of my face, and my arms and um, yes, my neck too.

I am unreasonably grumpy about various of my friends meeting up without me, even though it's basically throwing my toys out of the pram for no reason. I feel that perhaps I am a fool, and should get overmyself, and that's the worst thing. Damn this self-awareness. OK N, behave yourself...So I am beating my brain into submission.

On the cheery side, I have a very entertaining picture of [livejournal.com profile] dr_wez being a Man Ho in notthingham city centre. wIll post it up for you.

I'm sick, I ache, I'm PMSing and I'm annoyed that these Blair-pills the quack's given me (guaranteed to eliminate obesity by 2010 - hence I call 'em 'Blair-pills' as the size of the national waistline is Tony's latest crusade) are making me bloat and retain water like a sponge. So I'm getting heavier and wider and fatter only I'm 'not' because apparently they're just 'slower acting' on me. Garbage.

Add to this I'm getting tutted at by the DWP because PMS isn't a debilitating, soul destroying illness that incapacitates like a bullet in the spine once a month. Apparently it's a lovely, wonderful thing that should be cherished and I'm just being lazy and making excuses.

[identity profile] puddingcat.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 03:14 pm (UTC)(link)
If Tony taxes us much more, we won't be able to afford food. Then he can claim to have solved 2 problems at once.

Can't really help there, I'm afraid- life is good, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

Admittedly I was working all through the night Sunday - Monday to get a translation done on time before heading off to court, but at least I get paid for that.
My wife has just started a job, which means she heads off early & comes back fairly late at night, which is a bit annoying as it means less time together, but then that's life. And her job sounds quite interesting, so that's good.

Hope you will join us happy people soon & discard misery

[identity profile] puddingcat.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 06:07 pm (UTC)(link)
I hope so too!

[identity profile] princesspy.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 03:32 pm (UTC)(link)
um..*thinks*

I had a big ole snog with man I adore and now he doesn't remember and I have stubble rash from his fuzzy face.
Spider has a footwell leak so when I turn the corner (after it's been raining) my shoes get wet.
None of my clothes fit me because of my weight loss and I look a bit like I'm wearing clowns pants today.
I think I'm turning into a pyramid teabag because I've drank so much of the stuff.
Why can't house sales be like buying something in a shop - over in minutes instead of taking aaaaaaaaaaaaaages :(

hmm that was my best shot - and I'm pretty much emo :s

[identity profile] puddingcat.livejournal.com 2006-09-26 06:08 pm (UTC)(link)
...And of course, everything happens at once. I hope things start to get sorted out, at least, soon.

My baby has a bad cold. This means that he keeps sneezing lurid green snot onto me, projectile vomiting if I try and feed him solilds and refusing his food, so he's gone back to waking me up at 12am, 2am and 5am demanding food, which he then doesn't eat. Last night I couldn't get back to sleep after the 2am feed, so I am extremely tired.

Oh, and a kitchen salesman called and didn't seem to understand what I meant by "I told you my budget was 2k, so showing me a 7k kitchen is a complete waste of my time and oxygen."

Apart from that, I'm tickety boo!

lets just do september in general.

Since you asked *grins*

Spent all of yesterday asking for info on what to put in folders for tonight's work seminar. Didn't get told until 30 minutes before I was supposed to leave, then told needed 95 copies of each flyer (there are 6 per folder) plus same of price lists. Stayed late without any favourable comment, and then had today, when it unsurprisingly didn't get finished before the boss wanted to leave for london, and the boss kept asking why it hadn't been done earlier, why wasn't it finished, and (to cap it off) on the car journey to london, calling to tell me I'd forgotten to pack something else, and ordering me to investigate how much it was to courier it down (and then announcing the quotations were too expensive, thus piling on guilt for me forgetting to pack it in the first place) and telling me off for not packing it.

When it's all written down, it doesn't seem that sucky really :S It honestly was at the time...
