Body brushing is very good for your skin and is good for circulation. It needs to be done every day though (strong strokes towards the heart). A softer brush should be used for the face and boob area.
Exfoliating is marvellous, again you'll only get the benefits if you do it regularly.
Actually, I'll add to these two. For the best skin you need to body brush daily, exfoliate twice a week and moisturise EVERY DAY (baby oil is the quickest way to do this)
Eye cream - apparently to protect and look after the more fragile skin around the eyes. It should be tapped around the eye socket line, it will then creep in. You shouldn't put any actual cream on your eyes or they can get puffy. I don't know the science behind it all but I wouldn't be without the stuff.
You can do your own facials (masks and the like)
If you can stop biting your nails then this would be good.
