Oddly, many years ago something similar did happen with a few of the male wheelies at a Gilbert and Sullivan cast party. Hopefully the pictures have ben burned.

Kit was a Lord Something or Other, can't remember what now. He has a beautiful singing voice, and the stick on moustache was lovely. Mup and the Minstrel were techies... I have photos
