I don't have a body brush, but I do have exfoliating bath mitts. Will using them twice a week and applying body lotion every morning make a visible difference? To start with; theres no way I'd keep up with everyting if I tried to do it all straight away. How long do I have to scrub away for? Is just going over everywhere once, like with a flannel in the shower, enough? Or do I need to spend longer?
