- file finger nails into shape on a weekly basis
- shape eye brows
- Body brush
- Exfoliate whole body every 3 days
- Cleanse tone and moisturise face morning and night
- Use eye cream
- Have a facial on a regular basis
- Matching sets of underwear - lots of them
