Doctor Who? No, Doctor Brown!
I do a very good impression of one of these. (Link via

Am just about recovered from
snapesbabe's Bad Influence. Ahem. Realistically, 4 pints over 6 hours isn't much, but when it's Kriek & we're both small girlies...
I'm ohsodefnitely a Circulus fan. They take the "Whee, happy old music!" that the Mediaeval Baebes started off with, and replace the so-far-up-themselves-they-open-their-mouths-to-see attitudes with 70s prog rock and 4-armed keyboard players. Also, Gentleman's Pistols were a damned fine support band, in all their 70s rock early Led Purple behind-head guitar playing. Apparently, they're playing Manchester sometime soon, and I'm going to go & see them again. I'm so easily bought - dedicate a song to me & I'll throw publicity at you ;)
The Shrublette is everything SB says, and more. I wouldn't have the energy myself, but if all children were like her I wouldn't dislike them all on principle. Even if she did say that my hair was "floppy doggy ears".
I got 50% of the things on my To Do Over Easter list done. This included "Going to see Circulus" (admittedly, not a hardship) but not mowing the lawn or clearing visible carpet in the spare room. Ho hum.
