Your description matches the guy I'm thinking of. He's quite tall, quite rotund, bearded, with curly dark hair and glasses, and was wearing a pale shirt with a loose tie around the collar, as I recall. I heard rumours that he'd been wandering around grabbing & talking suggestively at girls, as it happens. I had *no idea* that he had a girlfriend, though - that doesn't sound like him at all.
